The breakfast featuring an Italian chef and delicious sandwiches is a highlight. the entire staff is exceptionally courteous, making the experience pleasant. the location is fantastic—set in a peaceful area while being just a stone's throw away from central Pattaya, nature, and the Pattaya roundabout.

Overall had excellant stay with great value for money. The pool was well-maintained and the stuff was attentive and efficient.

perfectly pleasant stay, as always. wonderful small small hotel in comfortable location to walking street which takes about ten minutes. location short walk to thai restaurant, pattaya/jomtien, and the dolfin roundabout. plus, 15 minutes drive from a holy stone. plenty of great breakfast options.

The place was in a convenient location near the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops.

After being there, and noticed there's hotel and resort aside, whose price is more favorable, especially to the ones who do not need to use the kitchen facilities.And the price quoted on the leaflet at the reception is same with Booked.net

The attitude of receptions staff are very mean. They have no apologized for the room not ready until 4:00pm. The only thing they ask us if we could wait another hours or we could leave. After urge we got late check out 2 hours. It’s really disappointed.

The peaceful location with a shopping center and local market close by was a great advantage.

The Woodlands Suites are located in a quiet street, in short walking distance from the main road where you find shops, restaurants, bars and transport to other parts of the city. There's also the advantage to use the facilities of the Woodlands Hotel. Very nice and good equipped rooms. The next time we come to Pattaya, we sure book the Woodlands Suites again.

The restaurant served great dinner with warm dishes, and the hotel's convenient location was a bonus, just a 5-minute walk to downtown with courteous staff.

Everything, it could't be better, the staff were very good, the service in the suite every day twice, facilities great, the swimming pools were perfect, is a oasis in the middle of a jungle, breakfast was also good in both restaurants. and location just perfect.

Nothing only I wish there were more international Channels in the TV but is not a big deal.

The property was impeccably clean, and the staff provided excellent service. Its central location made it very convenient, being close to Terminal 21 shopping mall and just next door to Beach Road. the proximity to greater Pattaya, Jomtien, and the beach added to its appeal.

We had a fantastic stay at Woodlands Suites Serviced Residences. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the private restaurant and pool in the Residencia part of the complex were a nice bonus. The location is excellent, with plenty of inexpensive restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and made our stay very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.
